Evolution towards a Mobility Club
In a year marked by the completion of the budget and the digital transformation and technological renewal process, the Club continued with its evolution in order to become a mobility club, advocating for a safe and sustainable mobility, and creating new services based on connectivity. Thus, the Club extended the services provided by its CityTrips platform, the app that includes the complete public and shared urban transport offer, and launched applications such as the personal assistance service Nestor, with which club members are able to manage their daily needs accessing to more than 150 services through their mobile telephone.
In 2019, the RACC strengthened its presence in the home assistance area with Nexdom, the refurbishment and maintenance service, and with the launch of RACCTel+, which presented a complete and competitive telecommunications offer.
Moreover, the RACC continued moving forward in the development of its traditional business, such as assistance services, insurances, the travel agency and the driving school network. The Club also kept its social contribution with the support of motorsports through its driver and rider academy, the organisation of world-level sports competitions, and above all, leading the mobility in our country by means of rigorous studies and reasoned proposals, standing up for a way to move that will be better for all.
